சவுக்கு தளத்தை தடை செய்வது தொடர்பான வழக்கு புதன் கிழமை அன்று சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தில் நீதிபதி சி.டி.செல்வம் முன்னிலையில் விசாரணைக்கு வந்தது.

அப்போது காவல்துறை அதிகாரிகளை கடுமையான வார்த்தையில் பேசினார் செல்வம். “ஒரு சாதாரண நபரை கைது செய்ய துப்பில்லை உங்களுக்கெல்லாம் எதற்கு யூனிபார்ம் ?” என்று கேட்ட செல்வம், தளத்தை ஏன் இன்னும் தடை செய்யவில்லை என்று கேட்டார்.
அதற்கு அரசு தரப்பில், savukku.net தளத்தை தடை செய்ய ஏற்கனவே நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது என்று தெரிவித்தபோது, “கிழிச்சீங்க”. தற்போது savukku.in என்ற பெயரில் அது இயங்குகிறது. ஒரு தளத்தைக் கூட தடை செய்ய உங்களுக்கு துப்பில்லை. என் பெயரிலேயே கூட தளம் பதிவு செய்துள்ளார்கள்.
உடனடியாக யாஹு மற்றும் கூகிள் ஆகிய தளங்களுக்கு, savukku.in என்ற தளத்தை தடை செய்ய வேண்டும் என்று உத்தரவிடுகிறேன். இந்த வழக்கை ஐஜி அளவிலான அதிகாரி விசாரிக்க வேண்டும் என்று உத்தரவிடுகிறேன். எனக்கூறி ஐஜி அந்தஸ்தில் உள்ள கூடுதல் ஆணையர் இந்த வழக்கை விசாரிக்க வேண்டும் என்று உத்தரவிட்டார் அவர்.
அரசு தரப்பில் savukku.in தளத்தையும் உடனடியாக தடை செய்ய நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கிறோம் என்று உறுதியளித்தனர்.
ஏறக்குறைய 45 லட்சத்துக்கும் அதிகமான நீலப்படங்களை வெளியிடும் தளங்கள் இருக்கின்றன. மிக மிக மோசமாக அரசியல் தலைவர்களை அவதூறு செய்யும் தளங்கள் இருக்கின்றன. ஆனால், இவற்றையெல்லாம் விட்டு விட்டு, சவுக்கு தளத்தை தடை செய்ய வேண்டும் என்பதை மட்டுமே தனது ஒரே நோக்கமாக வைத்து செயல்பட்டு வருகிறார் சி.டி.செல்வம்.
சவுக்கு டாட் நெட் என்ற இணையதளம் தடை செய்யப்பட்ட பிறகு, சவுக்கு டாட் இன் என்ற இணையதளம் தொடங்கப்பட்டு, கடந்த ஒரு மாதமாக நடத்தப்பட்டு வருகிறது. பொதுமக்கள் உயிருக்கு ஆபத்தை விளைவிக்கும் கட்டுரைகளோ, அண்டை நாட்டோடு உறவை சீரழிக்கும் கட்டுரைகளோ, இந்திய இறையாண்மைக்கு ஊறு விளைவிக்கும் கட்டுரைகளோ அதில் வெளியாகவில்லை. ஏன் .நெட்டில் கூட அப்படி எதுவும் பிரசுரமானது கிடையாது. முந்தைய தளத்தின் வேகம் .இன்னில் மட்டுப் படுத்தப்பட்டிருக்கிறது. எவரும் எதுவும் தரக்குறைவாக விமர்சிக்கப்படவில்லை.
பிரச்சினை .நெட்டோடு. தொடரட்டுமே. சட்டபூர்வமாகத் தானே நாங்கள் எதிர்கொண்டிருக்கிறோம்? முடக்கும் உத்திரவை எதிர்த்து ஒரு பொது நலவழக்கு தொடரப்பட்டிருக்கிறது. அது நிலுவையில் இருக்கும்போது எந்த முகாந்திரத்தில் .இன்னையும் முடக்க நினைக்கிறார் நீதிபதி?
இப்படி இவர் தொடர்ந்து கொதிநிலைக்கு போவதன் ஒரே காரணம், சவுக்கு தளத்தில் நீதித்துறை தொடர்ந்து விமர்சிக்கப்பட்டு வருவதாலேயே. நீதிபதிகள், விமர்சனத்துக்கு அப்பாற்பட்ட கடவுள்கள் என்றே நீதிபதி செல்வம் கருதுகிறார் போலும்.. அதனால்தான் அவர்களின் செயல்பாடுகள் விமர்சனம் செய்யப்படுகையில் கோபத்தின் உச்சத்துக்குப் போகிறார் சி.டி.செல்வம்.
நீதித்துறையை விமர்சனம் செய்யும் ஒரு இணைய தளத்தை தடை செய்ய வேண்டும் என்பதற்காக, காவல்துறை அதிகாரிகளை ஒருமையில் பேசுவதும், இந்த வழக்கை வாரா வாரம் தொடர்ந்து விசாரணைக்கு எடுத்துக்கொண்டும் தனது காழ்ப்புணர்ச்சியை செல்வம் வெளிப்படுத்துகிறார், அரசியல் அமைப்புச் சட்டம் வழங்கியுள்ள உரிமைகளை அவர் தவறாகப் பயன்படுத்துகிறார் என்றே நாம் கருதவேண்டியிருக்கிறது.
சவுக்கு என்பது ஒரு உருவகம். அது நீதிபதிகளின் முன்னால் தூக்கிச் செல்லப்படும் வெள்ளித்தடி அல்ல, அறையில் பூட்டி வைக்க.
இணையம் என்பது ஒரு கட்டற்ற பெருவெளி. சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்றம் அல்ல. ஐக்கிய நாடுகள் அவையே நினைத்தால் கூட இணையத்தை கட்டுப்படுத்த முடியாது. கார்ப்பரேட் ஊடகங்களையே மக்கள் நம்பியிருக்கவேண்டிய சூழலில் மறைக்கப்படுகின்ற பல்வேறு செய்திகள் அம்பலமாக இணையதளங்களையே உலகில் பலர் நம்பியிருக்கின்றனர். சர்வாதிகார நாடுகளில் கூட இணையமே சுதந்திரத்தின் மூச்சுக்காற்றாகவிருக்கிறது. இந்நிலையில் இணைய தளங்களை முடக்க முயல்வது கருத்து சுதந்திரத்திற்கெதிரான போராகும். சமூகத்தை பின்னுக்குத் தள்ளும் அப்படி ஒரு செயலில் நீதித்துறை ஈடுபடுவது மிக வருந்தத்தக்கது.
தவிரவும் இணையப் பெருவெளியை எந்த அதிகார மையமும் கைப்பற்றிவிடமுடியாது என்பதை சி.டி.செல்வம் உள்ளிட்ட நீதிபதிகள் நீதிபதிகள் அனைவரும் உணரவேண்டும்.
இது நீதிக்கான ஒரு தளம். அந்தப் போராட்டம் ஒரு நாளும் ஓயப்போவதில்லை என்பதை மட்டும் உறுதியுடன் தெரிவித்துக்கொள்கிறோம்.

Quite apart from the built-in unfairness in a judge acting in his own cause, serving as prosecutor, judge, jury, and hangman, a great deal of uncertainty marks the offence of “scandalising the court.” If one were to look at past judgments for guidance, one would find liberal sentiments that justice is not a cloistered virtue, that judges are not immune from criticism, and that the shoulders of the judiciary are broad enough to shrug off any insult. Well the point said by you is right…But personally i always had a gut feeling that people write (opinion, feel etc..) in the website and thereafter go and do their own work…but how many of them are fighting really on the ground…there might be meager..that includes me also..there were times that i also use to write my opinion and show my anger by giving reply…but there was a point striking my mind asking me “Whats the point??”…

Kindly start a forum in the name “” Justice Tharkunde-V.R.Krishna Iyer forum for Justice and human rights”.Then start filing PIL in any court by Fax which is cheapest and ask them to take for judicial action and send a copy to supreme court and publish action/no action of court in savukku website!Then see which court dare to take action on u??IF any revenge taken by any judge , send petition to international court of justice or human rights with copy to President of India,Prime minister, Law minister and supreme court by email! Then see who dare against you! Kindly use power of brain and internet and cheapest communications!

I too personally affected by the corrupt mindless judge who without any knowledge or common sense has passed the order in favor of criminal corrupt 100+ years PSU bank. I appealed in the HighCourt but the case has been pending for last 3years!!! without trial.
That is how pathetic our Judiciary is. Whereas CTS runs the cases on weekly basis to a person who brings their ugly filthy side into public.
