Show me a politician in the country who doesn’t do such things to make money. Is our country so pure that we have to look at what Jayalalitha does with awe and disbelief? We all know very well everybody right from municipal councilors to the prime minister do loot and plunder people’s money. So what you have written in your post doesn’t give us any news value. It may at best serve your efforts to portray your neutrality between political parties in TN!

Forget corruption issues, they are old stories including the himalayan 2G and granite. We are only concerned with the character of the leaders – who possesses strong leadership qualities and who can stand firm against attempts to rob state’s interests. People like Karuna have proved to be sheer traitors in this regard. Other politicians like Vaiko or VKant have become such jokers that they can’t be counted in politics at all. Same goes with anti social elements like Ramdoss who you refer to with respect here!!

We still see in JJ a strong leader and a person who will stand firm on issues affecting the state. Further, she is the only leader who is liked by all sections of the society overwhelmingly . It is not possible to create another leader like her in 100 years – who has her party in grip even when she is not in power and an ever growing popular support even after a court conviction. Please think what is the message conveyed by allthese. People have come to a stage where nobody is able to avoid corruption and so the one who is sincere and strong is being supported wholeheartedly.

I bet AIADMK will win 200+ seats if assembly elections are held today or in 2016. Is anyone ready to challenge the bet?

Persons who don’t have public support – please stop your murmurs and moaning. Accept reality.

    Great Work Shankar…

I used to think couple of years back you are only against DMK and an ADMK sombhu but you proved me wrong…

  3. I was motivated to join politics in 2001 by none other than former social welfare minister Ms. P.T.Saraswathy, close associate of MGR. Another person instrumental in my joining AIADMK was senior advocate and editor and journalist of closed magazine ‘Navamani” Shri.MVL. Narasimhan. This is what he told me., “Jayalalitha is somewhat related to us. She asked my niece who is a physiotherapist to stay with her for moral support since she is alone. This niece of mine refused saying that she was professionally busy. Only after this Jayalalitha was looking for somebody and this wretched lady Sasikala utilised this opportunity for her personal and family gains. If a person like you join, it will help her deliver better to the society with your suppport”. There I took a decision and joined. Thinking that I would be able to do some service to the society, I joined. I was introduced to Jayalalitha by Ms. PTS and met her thrice. Not a word she uttered to me. She didn’t seem happy at my presence. When there was by-election in Tamil Nadu for Saidapet, Vaniambadi and Achirappakkam constituency, I applied for MLA seat in Saidapet constituency. The other candidates for Saidapet were Saidai Duraisamy, present MLA Senthamizhan, Radha Ravi, Kalai Rajan and so on. I was the only lady in Tamil Nadu for applying for a seat in by-election. I thought at least I would be interviewed by her. I was not called. Radha Ravi got the seat and we worked for his victory. There is a Greek proverb “You tell me who your friend is, I shall tell you who you are”.. She is somuch cornered by this wrong friendship. More than the culprit, the person instrumental in making wrong decisions is also a culprit. Tamil Nadu is irreversibly swindled. AIADMK has set the trend. The judiciary should surely look into the criminal conspiracies and give punishment. Then only people will have faith in the legal system. The lofty judiciary is upholding the constitution of the country. Seeing that there is no place of politics for me, I left the party in 2003. In 2009 PTS passed away and I conducted her burial and sent invitation to Jayalalitha also. She had sent her ministers for the funeral. In 2012 MVL sir passed away. Alas, people who supported me are gone. But I vow to fight against corruption at any cost. I salute Savukku for its yeomen service.

Why Jayalalitha is doing all this nonsense, since she doesn’t have children/family/relatives. Why should she trust Sasikala and her relatives. Is there any secrets.
