தமிழகம் தொழில் வளர்ச்சியில் எத்தகைய மோசமான பின்னடைவை சந்தித்துள்ளது என்பதையும், கடந்த கட்டுரையில் பார்த்தோம். அதன் தொடர்ச்சியை இப்போது பார்ப்போம்.
தமிழகத்தில் தொழில் தொடங்க வேண்டும் என்று நீங்கள் முடிவெடுத்தால், தொழில்துறை அமைச்சர், வணிகவரித்துறை அமைச்சர், சுற்றுச் சூழல் அமைச்சர் என்ற மூன்று கொள்ளைக்காரர்களை முதலில் சந்திக்க வேண்டும். அவர்களின் கோரிக்கைகளை நிறைவேற்ற வேண்டும். கிட்டத்தட்ட டேல் பூத் போலவே கட்டாய வசூல் நடத்தப்படும். சரி. எல்லாம்தான் முடிந்து விட்டதே… தொழிற்சாலையை திறக்கலாம் என்று முடிவெடுத்தால், அதுவும் நடக்காது. சாதாரண முதல்வர் மக்கள் முதல்வரான பிறகு, சாதாரண முதல்வரான ஓ.பன்னீர்செல்வம் அத்தொழிற்சாலையை திறந்து வைக்க முடியுமா ? இந்த ஆட்சி வந்த பிறகு, புரிந்துணர்வு ஒப்பந்தம் கையெழுத்தான யமாஹா தொழிற்சாலை கட்டப்பட்டு தொழிற்சாலையின் கட்டுமானம் முழுமையாக முடிவடைந்துள்ள நிலையில், அதன் திறப்பு விழாவுக்கு கடந்த நான்கு மாதங்களாக நேரம் அளிக்காமல் தாமதப்படுத்தி வருகிறது அதிமுக அரசு. வேறு வழியே இல்லாமல், திறப்பு விழா ஏதுமின்றி, டிசம்பர் மாதம் முதல், யமாஹா தொழிற்சாலை செயல்படத் தொடங்கியுள்ளதாக தெரிவிக்கின்றன தொழில்துறை வட்டாரங்கள்.

தமிழக அமைச்சரவையில் உள்ள அமைச்சர்களிலேயே ஜெயலலிதாவுக்கு மிகவும் பிடித்தவர் நத்தம் விஸ்வநாதனே. அவர் இருப்பதிலேயே திறமையானவர் என்பதனால் கிடையாது. இருப்பதிலேயே அதிகமான வசூலை செய்து தருபவர் அவர் என்பதாலேயே. மின்சாரத் துறையையும், கலால் துறையையும் தன்னிடம் வைத்திருக்கும் நத்தம் விஸ்வநாதன், வசூலை வாரிக்குவித்து, அம்மாவையும் தொடர்ந்து குளிர்வித்து வருகிறார். ஒரு உத்தேச மதிப்பீட்டின்படி, நத்தம் விஸ்வநாதன் ஆண்டுதோறும் ஜெயலலிதாவுக்கு 800 முதல் 900 கோடிகள் வரை அளித்து வருவதாக கூறுகின்றன அரசியல் வட்டாரங்கள். ஜெயலலிதாவுக்கு கப்பம் கட்டுவதைத் தவிர்த்து, நத்தம் விஸ்வநாதனின் வசூலே பல கோடிகள். தன் மகன் அமர் மூலமாக, நிலக்கரித் துறையில் பல கோடிகளை நத்தம் விஸ்வநாதன் முதலீடு செய்திருப்பதாகவும், சைதை துரைசாமியின் மகன் வெற்றி துரைசாமியோடு சேர்ந்து, நத்தம் விஸ்வநாதனின் மகன் அமர், பல ரியல் எஸ்டேட் முதலீடுகளைச் செய்திருப்பதாகவும் தகவல்கள் தெரிவிக்கின்றன.
வேறு ஏதாவது ஒரு துறையில் தொழில் தொடங்குவது என்றால் கூட தப்பித்து விடலாம். ஆனால், மதுபானத் தொழிலில் தமிழகத்தில் ஈடுபட வேண்டும் என்று நினைத்தீர்கள் என்றால் தொலைந்தீர்கள். மதுபானத் தொழிலில் ஈடுபட வேண்டுமென்றால் முழுக்க முழுக்க நத்தம் விஸ்வநாதனின் தயவில் இருந்தால்தான் உங்களால் தொழில் நடத்த முடியும். பெரிய பெரிய ஜாம்பவான்களையெல்லாம் தமிழகத்தில் இருந்து விரட்டி விட்டுள்ளனர். 11 ஜனவரி 2015 அன்று எகனாமிக் டைம்ஸ் நாளேடு, டாஸ்மாக் ஊழல் குறித்து விரிவான ஒரு கட்டுரையை வெளியிட்டிருந்தது.
உலகின் மிகப்பெரிய மதுபான நிறுவனம் யுனைட்டட் ஸ்பிரிட்ஸ். மெக்டவல் போன்ற பிரபலமான பிராண்டுகளை தயாரிக்கும் இந்நிறுவனம், தமிழகத்தில் பிரபலமான நிறுவனம். “எம்.சி இருக்காப்பா” என்ற குரல்களை இன்றும் பல டாஸ்மாக்கில் கேட்கலாம். அந்த அளவுக்கு குடிகாரர்கள் மத்தியில் பிரபலமான ஒரு ப்ராண்ட் இது. 2011ம் ஆண்டில் இந்த நிறுவனம் மனம் வெறுத்து தனது ஆண்டு அறிக்கையில் டாஸ்மாக் குறித்து இவ்வாறு தெரிவித்திருந்தது. ” தமிழ்நாடு மதுபான தொழிலில் ஒரு மிகப்பெரிய சந்தை. உங்களைப் (டாஸ்மாக்) பொறுத்தவரை கூட அது மிகப்பெரிய சந்தை. ஆனால் இந்த சந்தையைப் பயன்படுத்தி லாபமடைவதற்கு பதிலாக நீங்கள், சந்தையில் உள்ள பெரிய நிறுவனங்களை புறந்தள்ளி விட்டு, புதிய நிறுவனங்களுக்கு சாதகமாக நடந்து கொள்கிறீர்கள். இப்படி நடந்து கொள்வதால், வாடிக்கையாளர்களின் வேண்டுகோளை நிறைவேற்ற முடியாமல் உங்கள் நிறுவனமும் நஷ்டம் அடைந்தது” என்று குறிப்பிட்டிருந்தது யுனைட்டட் ஸ்பிரிட்ஸ் நிறுவனத்தின் ஆண்டறிக்கை.
“எங்கள் நிறுவனம் தமிழகத்தில் தொடர்ந்து பிரச்சினையை சந்தித்து வருகிறது. தமிழ்நாட்டில் விற்பனை சரிவடைந்தது காரணமாக எங்களது ஒட்டுமொத்த வருமானம் வீழ்ச்சியடைந்தது” என்று 2013ல் கூறினார் யுனைட்டட் ப்ரூவரிஸ் உரிமையாளர் விஜய் மல்லையா.
இது குறித்து பேசிய டாஸ்மாக் நிறுவனத்தின் மூத்த அதிகாரி ஒருவர், “நாங்கள் எந்த ப்ராண்டுகளை வழங்குகிறோமோ, அதைத்தான் கடைகளில் விற்றாக வேண்டும். வேறு வழியே இல்லை. அதிகப்படியான தேவை காரணமாக, அந்த பிரபலமில்லாத ப்ராண்டுகள் விற்றே ஆகும் என்பதை நாங்கள் உறுதி செய்வோம்” என்றார்.
மேலும் அவர் “மதுபானங்கள் வாங்கும் போதிலிருந்தே இந்த ஊழல் தொடங்குகிறது. டாஸ்மாக் நிறுவனத்தினுள் ஒரு வாங்கும் குழு ஒன்று உள்ளது (Purchasing Committee). அந்தக் குழு, மதுபான தயாரிப்பாளர்களிடம் மதுபானம் வாங்குவதற்கான ஆணையை வழங்கும். மதுபான தயாரிப்பாளரிடமிருந்து தமிழகத்தில் உள்ள டாஸ்மாக்கின் 41 கிடங்குகளுக்கு மதுபானங்கள் செல்லும். ஒவ்வொரு கடைக்கும் எத்தனை கேஸ்கள் (ஒரு கேஸில் 48 பாட்டில்கள்) தேவை என்பதை, அந்தக் கடைகளின் விற்பனையைப் பொறுத்து முடிவு செய்யப்படும். ஒவ்வொரு கடையிலும் எந்தெந்த ப்ராண்டுகளுக்கான தேவை இருக்கிறது, எந்த ப்ராண்ட் அதிகமாக விற்பனையாகிறது என்பதை வைத்தே மதுபான ஆலைகளிடம் ஆணை வழங்க வேண்டும். இதுதான் டாஸ்மாக் நிறுவனம் செயல்படும் முறை.
ஆனால், இந்த ஆட்சியில் நடப்பது என்னவென்றால், ஒவ்வொரு பெட்டிக்கும் 40 முதல் 75 ரூபாய் வரை கமிஷன் தர, மதுபான நிறுவனம் ஒப்புக்கொண்டால், உடனடியாக ஆணைகள் வழங்கப்படும். சில்லறை விற்பனைக் கடைகளில் என்ன ப்ராண்டுகள் கேட்கப்படுகிறதோ, அதைத்தான் கொள்முதல் செய்து கிடங்குகளில் இருந்து அனுப்ப வேண்டும். ஆனால், ஏற்கனவே மதுபான ஆலைகளோடு ஒப்பந்தம் முடிந்து விட்டதால், கிடங்குகள் அனுப்பும் ப்ராண்டுகளை விற்பனை செய்யும் நிலைக்கு சில்லரை விற்பனையாளர்கள் தள்ளப் பட்டுள்ளார்கள். தனியார் விற்பனையாளர்கள் என்றால், இதை எதிர்த்து கேள்வி கேட்க வாய்ப்பு உண்டு. ஆனால், டாஸ்மாக் ஊழியர்கள் அனைவரும் அரசு ஊழியர்கள் என்பதால், எதிர்த்துப் பேச வாய்ப்பே இல்லை.” என்றார்.
சிஐடியு டாஸ்மாக் சங்கத்தின் பொருளாளர் சரவணன் இந்த கூற்றை முழுமையாக ஒப்புக் கொள்கிறார். “சில்லறை விற்பனையில் ஈடுபடும் எங்களுக்குத்தான் எந்த ப்ராண்டுகளுக்கு தேவை இருக்கின்றன, எவை வேகமாக விற்பனை ஆகின்றன என்பது தெரியும். ஆனால், தேவையின் அடிப்படையில் நாங்கள் கேட்கும் ப்ராண்டுகள் வழங்கபபடுவதே இல்லை. கிடங்கு மேலாளர்களிடம் பிரபலமான ப்ராண்டுகளை வழங்குமாறு எப்போது கேட்டாலும், அது இல்லை, இதுதான் இருக்கிறது என்ற பதிலையே அளிக்கிறார்கள். இதன் காரணமாக, பிரபல ப்ராண்டுகள் கடைகளில் இல்லாத நிலை ஏற்படுத்தப்பட்டள்ளது. வாடிக்கையாளருக்கு வேறு என்ன வழி இருக்கிறது ? இருக்கும் ப்ராண்டை வேறு வழியின்றி வாங்கிச் செல்கின்றனர்” என்றார்.
கிடங்குகளில் நடக்கும் ஊழல் இதை விட பெரியது என்கிறார் ஒரு கிடங்கு மேலாளர். “எந்த ப்ராண்டுகளை தாமதப்படுத்த வேண்டும் என்பதை முன் கூட்டியே சொல்லி விடுவார்கள். மதுபான தயாரிப்பாளர்களிடம், உங்களுக்கு இத்தனை கேஸ்களுக்கான ஆணை வரப்போகிறது, ஆகையால் தயாரிப்பை முடித்து, சப்ளை செய்ய தயாராக இருங்கள் என்று முன்னதாகவே தகவல் சொல்லி விடுவார்கள். அந்த நிறுவனமும் சரக்குகளை தயார் நிலையில் வைத்திருக்கும். ஆணை கிடைத்ததும் உடனடியாக சரக்குகளை அனுப்பி வைக்கும். உத்தரவு கிடைத்தபடி வெள்ளிக்கிழமை மாலை அனைத்து சரக்குகளையும் அனுப்பி வைத்து விடுவார்கள். டாஸ்மாக் சில்லரை விற்பனைக் கடைகளில் பிரபலமல்லாத பிராண்டுகளால் நிரப்பப்படும். பிரபலமான ப்ராண்டுகளை தயாரிக்கும் நிறுவனங்களுக்கு வெள்ளிக்கிழமை அன்றுதான் இத்தனை கேஸ்கள் வேண்டும் என்று உத்தரவே வழங்கப்படும். அவர்களுக்கு இந்த விபரம் முன்னதாகவே தெரியாததால், அவர்களால் உடனடியாக சப்ளை செய்ய முடியாது. சப்ளை செய்வதற்கு ஒரு வாரம் எடுத்துக்கொள்வார்கள். ஆனால், இதற்குள், பிரபலமல்லாத ப்ராண்டுகளால் சில்லரை விற்பனைக் கடைகள் நிரப்பப்பபட்டு கட்டாய விற்பனை செய்யப்படும். வார இறுதியில் இந்த பிராண்டுகள் விற்றுத் தீரும். அடுத்த முறை, கிடங்குகளுக்கு வேண்டுகோள் அளிக்கையில், எந்த பிராண்ட் அதிக விற்பனை ஆனதோ, (பிரபலமல்லாத பிராண்ட்) அதை அளியுங்கள் என்று சில்லரை விற்பனையாளார்கள், கிடங்குகளுக்கு வேறு வழியே இல்லாமல் வேண்டுகோள் வைப்பார்கள். பிரபலமான பிராண்டுகளின் சப்ளை வந்தாலும், அதை பத்து நாட்கள் தாமதமாகவே கடைகளுக்கு அனுப்ப வேண்டும் – அதாவது மற்ற பிராண்டுகள் அனைத்தும் விற்றுத் தீர்ந்த பிறகே அனுப்ப வேண்டும் என்பது எங்களுக்கு எழுதப்படாத உத்தரவு.
“டாஸ்மாக்கில் சரக்குகள் தேவையின் அடிப்படையில் வாங்கப்படுவதில்லை, மாறாக ஊழலில் அடிப்படையில் மட்டுமே வாங்கப்படுகின்றன” என்கின்றார், டாஸ்மாக் சிஐடியு தொழிற்சங்கத் தலைவர் திருச்செல்வம். “விலை குறைந்த மதுபானங்கள் வாங்கப்படுவதில்லை. மாறாக, 375 மில்லி அளவிளான பாட்டில்கள் மற்றும் 750 மில்லி அளவுள்ள பாட்டில்களே வாங்கப்படுகின்றன. ஏனென்றால் இதுவே தயாரிப்பாளர்களுக்கு அதிக லாபத்தைத் தரும். இந்த அடிப்படையில் ஹாஃப் மற்றும் ஃபுல் பாட்டில்கள் மட்டுமே, கடைகளில் இருப்பது போல, கிடங்கு மேலாளர்களோடு பேசி வைத்து விடுகிறார்கள். தங்களுக்குத் தேவையான ப்ராண்டுகள் க்வார்ட்டர் அளவில் கிடைக்காத காரணத்தால், வாடிக்கையாளர்கள் தேவைக்கு அதிகமாக மதுபானத்தை வாங்க வேண்டிய நெருக்கடியை உருவாக்குவதற்கு அடிப்படையும் இந்த ஊழலே என்கிறார்” திருச்செல்வம்.
மிடாஸ், எஸ்என்ஜே போன்ற நிறுவனங்கள் தயாரிக்கும் சில விலை உயர்ந்த மதுபானங்களையும் அதிக அளவில் ஃபுல் பாட்டில்களாக வாங்கி வைக்குமாறு சில்லரை விற்பனையாளர்கள் நெருக்கடிக்கு ஆளாக்கப்படுகிறார்கள். பல கடைகளில் சுவர் உயரத்துக்கு அட்டைப்பெட்டிகள் அடுக்கி வைக்கப்பட்டிருப்பதை நீங்கள் பார்த்திருக்கலாம். இவையெல்லாம் இந்த ஊழலின் விளைவாக ஏற்படும் விளைவுகளே. யாருமே கேள்விப்பட்டிராத ப்ராண்டுகளைக் கூட விற்பனை செய்யும் வகையில், சில்லரை விற்பளையாளர்கள் நெருக்கடிக்கு உள்ளாக்கப்படுகிறார்கள்” என்கிறார் சரவணன்.
இது போன்ற பிரபலமில்லாத பிராண்டுகளை திட்டமிட்டு விற்பனை செய்யுமாறு சில்லரை விற்பனையாளர்களை நெருக்கடிக்கு உள்ளாக்குவதன் பின்னணியில் ஒரு சதித்திட்டம் இருக்கிறது. டாஸ்மாக்கின் பர்சேஸிங் கமிட்டிக்கு, ஒரு குறிப்பிட்ட ப்ராண்டுக்கு 50 சதவிகிதம் கூடுதலாக ஆணை வழங்க அதிகாரம் இருக்கிறது. இந்த அதிகாரத்தை பயன்படுத்தி, லஞ்சம் கொடுக்கும் மதுபான தயாரிப்பாளர்களின் ப்ராண்டுகளை அதிக அளவில் வாங்கிக் குவிப்பதற்காகவே இந்த முறை கையாளப்படுகிறது. வாடிக்கையாளர்களின் உண்மையான தேவை என்ன, எந்த ப்ராண்டுகளை விரும்புகிறார்கள் என்பதை அளவிட, எந்த விதமான வழிமுறையும் இல்லை. ஆகையால், எந்த ப்ராண்ட் அதிகமாக விற்பனை ஆகிறதோ, அந்த ப்ராண்டுக்கு அதிக ஆணைகள் வழங்கப்படுகின்றன. இந்த விற்பனையும் செயற்கையாக அதிகரிக்கப்படுவதால், யாருமே சீண்டாத சில மதுபானங்கள் கூட வாடிக்கையாளர்கள் மீது திணிக்கப்படுகிறது.
மதுபானத் தொழிலில் நீண்டகால அனுபவம் உடைய ஒருவர் சவுக்கிடம் இது குறித்து பேசினார். “மதுபானம், சிகரெட் போன்ற தொழில்களில் வாடிக்கையாளர்களை புதிய ப்ராண்டுகளுக்கு மாற வைப்பது எளிதில் நடக்காத காரியம். ஒரு ப்ராண்ட் பிடித்துப் போனால், அதை விட்டு அவ்வளவு எளிதில் மாறவே மாட்டார்கள். உடம்புக்கு ஒத்துக் கொள்ளாது, அதன் மணம் பிடிக்காது, சுவை பிடிக்காது என்று பல்வேறு காரணங்கள் உள்ளது. மதுபானங்களுக்கு விளம்பரம் செய்வதும் எளிது அல்ல என்பதால், புதிய ப்ராண்டுகளை வாடிக்கையாளர்களிடம் கொண்டு சென்று, அதை வெற்றி பெறச் செய்வது என்பது நடக்காத காரியம்.
இதன் காரணமாகத்தான், கேள்விப்பட்டிராத ப்ராண்டுகளை விற்பனை செய்ய வைக்க, தமிழ்நாடு டாஸ்மாக் நிர்வாகம் குறுக்கு வழியை கடைபிடிக்கிறது. ஒரு புதிய ப்ராண்டை டாஸ்மாக்கில் அறிமுகப்படுத்த வேண்டுமென்றால், 60 முதல் 75 லட்சம் வரை, அமைச்சருக்கு வழங்க வேண்டும். அவ்வாறு வழங்கினால் அந்த புதிய ப்ராண்ட் மட்டுமே, கடைகளில் இருப்பது போல பார்த்துக் கொள்ளப்படும்” என்றார்.
நவம்பர் 2003 முதல் ஏப்ரல் 2006 வரையிலான விற்பனை குறித்த டாஸ்மாக்கின் அறிக்கை ஒன்று, மெக்டவல் ப்ராந்தி, மானிட்டர் ப்ராந்தி, ஓல்ட் மங்க் ரம், போன்ற ப்ராண்டுகள் லட்சக்கணக்கான பெட்டிகள் விற்றிருப்பதைக் காட்டுகின்றன. ஆனால், இந்த ப்ராண்டுகள் எதுவுமே தற்போது டாஸ்மாக்கில் கிடைப்பதில்லை. இந்த ப்ராண்டுகளை வாடிக்கையாளர்கள் புறந்தள்ளி விட்டார்களா என்ன ? இல்லை. திட்டமிட்டு இந்த ப்ராண்டுகள் கடைகளை விட்டு அகற்றப்பட்டன.
சென்னையில் டாஸ்மாக் பார் ஒன்றை நடத்தி வரும் அதிமுக பிரமுகர் ஒருவர், தான் கட்சிக்காரனாக இருந்தாலும் 10 லட்சம் லஞ்சம் கொடுத்த பிறகே இந்த பாரை நடத்த உரிமம் பெற்றதாக தெரிவித்தார்.
டாஸ்மாக் பார்கள் ஏ, பி, சி மற்றும் டி என்று நான்கு வகைப்படுத்தப்படுகின்றன. மாதம் 25 லட்சத்துக்கும் அதிகமாக விற்பனை செய்யும் பார்கள் ஏ பிரிவில் வருகின்றன. இப்படி வருமானத்துக்கு தகுந்தது போல பார்கள் வகைப்படுத்தப்படுகின்றன. ஏ பிரிவு பார் உள்ள ஒரு டாஸ்மாக் கடைக்கு மாறுதல் கேட்கும், ஒரு டாஸ்மாக் மேற்பார்வையாளர், ஒரு லட்சம் லஞ்சம் கொடுத்தால்தான் மாறுதல் கிடைக்கும்.
இப்படி லஞ்சம் கொடுத்து, அந்த நியமனத்தை பெறும் மேற்பார்வையாளர் தான் கொடுத்த லஞ்சத்தை மீட்டு எடுப்பதற்கு, ஒரு ஃபுல் பாட்டிலுக்கு இருபது ரூபாயும், ஒரு ஹாஃப் பாட்டிலுக்கு 10 ரூபாயும், ஒரு குவார்ட்டர் பாட்டிலுக்கு ஐந்து ரூபாயும் அதிகம் வைத்து, வாடிக்கையாரை கொள்ளையடிக்கிறார். டாஸ்மாக்கில் சரக்கு கட்டணம் தொடர்ந்து விலையேற்றப்பட்டாலும் இப்படி அதிகப்படியாக வாடிக்கையாளர்களிடம் வசூலிக்கப்படும் கட்டணம் மட்டும் நிறுத்தப்படுவதேயில்லை.
டாஸ்மாக்கில் பணிபுரியும் மற்றொரு ஊழியர், “பார்களை ஏலத்துக்கு எடுப்பவர்கள் அதிக விலை கொடுத்து எடுக்கிறார்கள். இவர்களுக்கு விரைவில் செலவிட்ட தொகையை எடுக்க வேண்டும் என்ற வேகத்தில், போலி சரக்குகளை விற்பனை செய்கிறார்கள். பார்களில் அமர்ந்து மது அருந்துபவர்களில் நபர்களை அடையாளம் கண்டு, அவர்களிடம் இந்த போலி சரக்குகளை தள்ளி விடுகிறார்கள். இரவு நேரங்களில், பெரும்பாலும் பலர் இது போலி சரக்கு என்பதை கண்டு பிடிப்பதேயில்லை. ஜனவரி 1 முதல் 26 செப்டம்பர் 2013 வரை மட்டும் போலி மதுபானம் தயாரித்த வகையில் 64 ஆயிரத்து 245 வழக்குகள் பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளதாக காவல்துறையே தெரிவத்தள்ளது. இணைப்பு கிட்டத்தட்ட 9 போலி மதுபானம் தயாரிக்கும் யூனிட்டுகள் சீல் வைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதாக காவல்துறை கூடுதல் டிஜிபி தெரிவித்துள்ளார். இந்த யூனிட்டுகள் பிடிபடும் வரை இதில் தயாரிக்கப்பட்ட மதுபானங்கள் எங்கே விற்பனை செய்யப்பட்டன” என்று கேள்வி எழுப்புகிறார் அந்த ஊழியர்.
அமைச்சருக்கு பணம் அளித்து, தங்களின் போணியாகாத புதிய பிராண்டுகளை விற்பனை செய்ய மதுபான தயாரிப்பு நிறுவனங்கள் எடுக்கும் முயற்சி ஒருபுறம் என்றால், மற்றொரு புறம் இன்றொரு தந்திரத்தையும் கடைபிடிக்கின்றனர். நேரடியாக சில்லரை விற்பனை கடைகளில் உள்ள மேற்பார்வையாளர்களுக்கு ஒரு கேஸுக்கு 250 முதல் 300 வரை லஞ்சமாக கொடுத்து, விற்பனையை அதிகரிக்கின்றனர். ஆனால், குறைந்தது 10 கேஸ்களை விற்ற பிறகே, இந்த கமிஷன் வழங்கப்படும் என்று கூறுகின்றனர்.
தமிழகத்தில் மதுபானத் தொழிலின் மொத்த அளவு எவ்வளவு என்று பார்ப்போம்.
ஐஎம்எப்எல் எனப்படும், இந்தியாவில் தயாரிக்கப்படும் வெளிநாட்டு மதுபானங்களின் விற்பனை ஒரு மாதத்துக்கு 50 லட்சம் பெட்டிகள். ஒரு பெட்டியில் 48 பாட்டில்கள். பீர் விற்பனை ஒரு மாதத்துக்கு 10 லட்சம் பெட்டிகள். 50 லட்சம் ஐஎம்எப்எல் பெட்டிகளில் மிடாஸின் பங்கு மட்டும் 10 லட்சம் பெட்டிகள். மிடாஸ் விற்பனை செய்யும் 10 லட்சம் பெட்டிகளில் எவ்விதமான கமிஷனும் பெறப்படுவதில்லை. ஏனென்றால், இது ஜெயலலிதாவின் சொந்த நிறுவனம் என்பதால்.
மதுபானத்தின் மூலமாக மட்டும் ஜெயலலிதா மற்றும் நத்தம் விஸ்வநாதனின் ஆண்டு வருமானத்தைப் பார்போம். மதுபானப் பெட்டிகளுக்கு ஒரு பெட்டிக்கு 60 ரூபாய் என்றும், பீர் பெட்டிகளுக்கு ஒரு பெட்டிக்கு 40 எனவும் தற்போது வசூல் செய்யப்பட்டு வருகிறது.
மதுபானம் – 40 லட்சம் பெட்டிகள் X ரூபாய் 60 = ரூபாய் 24 கோடி
பீர் – 25 லட்சம் பெட்டிகள் X ரூபாய் 40 = ரூபாய் 10 கோடி
ஆண்டுக்கு ரூபாய் 408 கோடி.

சாதாரண பார்களுக்கான லைசென்ஸ் புதுப்பித்தல். = சம்பந்தப்பட்ட நபரைப் பொறுத்து 5 முதல் 10 லட்சம். (மொத்த பார்கள் 800)

தன்னை சந்திக்க வரும் தொழில் அதிபர்களிடம் நத்தம் விஸ்வநாதன் வெளிப்படையாகவே சொல்லுவது என்ன தெரியுமா ? “மேடம் கேட்பதை நாம் கொடுத்து அவரை நாம் சந்தோஷமாக வைத்துக் கொண்டால்தான் நாமும் சந்தோஷமாக இருக்க முடியும். மேடம் சந்தோஷமாக இல்லையென்றால், நான் இங்கு இருக்க மாட்டேன். பிறகு என்னால் உங்களுக்கு உதவ முடியாது” என்பதே.
சசிகலா உள்ளிட்ட மன்னார்குடி மாபியா வெளியேற்றப்பட்டபோது, சசிகலாவை அதிகப்படியாக விமர்சித்ததே நத்தம் விஸ்வநாதன்தான். மன்னார்குடி மாபியா வெளியேறியதும், பல தொழில் அதிபர்களிடம், இனி வசூல் அனைத்தையும் பார்த்தக் கொள்ளப்போவது நான்தான். நான்தான் அம்மாவுக்கு நெருக்கம் என்று கூறினார். ஆனால், தற்போது மன்னார்குடி மாபியாவுக்கும் நெருக்கமாக இருப்பது நத்தம் விஸ்வநாதனே. இதற்கு ஒரே காரணம், நத்தம் விஸ்வநாதனின் வசூல் திறமை மட்டுமே.
மது இன்று அதிக வருவாயை ஈட்டித்தரும் ஒரு விவகாரம் என்பதால், பூரண மதுவிலக்கு என்பது, கனவிலும் சாத்தியம் இல்லை. இந்தியாவின் பெரும்பாலான மாநிலங்களில் மதுபானங்கள் நியாயமான முறையில் விற்பனை செய்யப்படுகின்றன. மதுக்கடைக்கு செல்பவருக்கு அவருக்கு பிடித்தமான மதுபானமோ, பீரோ கிடைக்கும் நிலைதான் அனைத்து மாநிலங்களிலும் நிலவுகிறது. ஆனால், தமிழகத்தில் மட்டுமே, பணம் கொடுத்தாலும் ஒருவர் கேட்கும் வகையான மதுபானம் கிடைக்காத ஒரு அவல நிலை இருக்கிறது.
மக்களை மதுவுக்கு அடிமையாக்குவதோடு மட்டுமல்லாமல், தரம் குறைந்த மதுவகைகளை அளித்து, அவர்கள் உடல்நலத்தையும் கெடுக்கும் ஒரு கேவலமான அரசாங்கமாக ஜெயலலிதாவின் அரசு இருந்து வருகிறது. தமிழகத்தின் மிகப்பெரிய தீயசக்தியாக ஜெயலலிதாவும் மன்னார்குடி மாபியாவும் உருவாகியுள்ளார்கள். இந்த தீயசக்திகள் ஒழித்துக் கட்டப்படாவிட்டால், தமிழகத்தை அழிவிலிருந்து யாராலும் காப்பாற்ற முடியாது.

Whatever the innocent prophet finds beneficial and worthy to himself and his tribe (lust, greed, slavery, wife beating, stealing) is Halal and if other tribes/religions do it to him or his tribe its Haram.
Another Holy Book say’s “Everything is permissable” – but not everything is beneficial. “Everything is permissable” – but not everything is constructive. Nobody should seek his own good, but the good of others. Halal and Haram is not exclusive to Islam alone.

In 2010, there was the case of 12-year-old Fatima of Saudi Arabia, who had been sold in marriage to a 50 year old man who already had a wife and ten children. As her male guardian, Fatima’s father had the sole right under Saudi law to marry her off at any age to whomever he pleased. In a remarkable challenge to social norms, however, Fatima escaped to her family home six months after the marriage, refusing to return to her husband and demanding a divorce. With the help of her uncle and support from the international community, she was finally granted a divorce in February 2013.
In 2011, Saudi Arabia’s Justice Ministry wanted to pass a law that set a minimum age to marry since many young girls are forced to marry much older men. The ministry submitted a study about the “negative psychological and social effects of underage marriages” to religious scholars and “requested a fatwa.” However, the scholars never responded. Saudi Arabia Grand Mufti Shaikh Abdul Aziz Al Shaikh announced there is “nothing wrong” with girls under the age of 15 getting married. “There is currently no intention to discuss the issue,” he said.
How is it that Saudi Arabia still allows child marriage when they’ve known Aisha’s real age all along (the biographies referenced are written in Arabic), or that Pakistan’s rape laws cleave to British colonial precedent? In Pakistan, a woman can be punished for being raped if the rapist denies her claims. But when the innocent prophet was faced with a woman who told him she’d been raped, he had the man in question executed on the testimony of the woman, whom he pronounced blameless, alone.

The decree came at the end of a two-day meeting of the Council of Islamic Ideology (CII) on Tuesday. CII Chairman Maulana Muhammad Khan Sheerani presided over the session. The council suggested removal of a clause in the Child Marriages Restriction Act 1929 that prohibits a child from going against the will of his/her father and maternal grandfather, who have arranged an underage marriage for him/her. CII members suggested that after reaching puberty, the child should have the right to undo the decision of his/her father and grandfather on underage marriage. Under the 1929 marriage laws, a couple can defy their underage marriage if it is contracted by their relatives, but they cannot go against the decision of their fathers and maternal grandfathers.
The simple truth is that all the religious scholars and innocent messengers since Religion began have been human, limited by the human ability to pander, avoid conflict by bowing to popular opinion, or make mistakes. And when the messengers or scholars fail their sacred trust, to transmit their religion with fidelity, they lose their right to any authority, religious, social or otherwise, and frankly, it’s up to the rest of us the people to do a better job of keeping them honest and sane.

If we think precisely, except Nepal and some parts of East Africa like Tanzania, the people always live with a feeling of fear. What I would like to say is, leave alone the selfish political leaders and religious protagonists. I can surely tell you that there is NO differences among the people. They like and wish living in peace and harmony. I have many friends who belong to ISLAM and CHRISTIANITY. We have absolutely NO differences. We like each other as human. வரதட்சனை கொடுமையால் பல நல்ல குடும்பத்து பெண்கள் திருமணமாகாமல் அவதியுறுகின்றனர். வசதியும் தேவையுமுள்ள ஆண்கள் இவர்களை இரண்டாம் தாரமாக திருமணம் செய்தால், வரதட்சணைக் கொடுமை ஒழிந்துவிடும்.
Mohammed married 15 women and consummated his marriages with 13. (al-Tabari vol.9 p.126-127). So is everyone expected to marry 15 times that is one for wealth (first widow), one for social welfare, one for divine revelation, one for slavery and so on. It isn’t necessary for a lawgiver to institute laws by performing actions that create a precedent. In other words, Muhammad is not required to marry a young girl in order establish a law about marrying girls who had reached puberty. Muhammad, as Islam’s lawgiver, could have simply issued a decree. For instance, Muhammad allowed husbands to beat their wives. Was it necessary for Muhammad to beat his wives in order to establish this as a law? Certainly not. Similarly, when a lawmaker says that killing someone in self-defense is acceptable, no one argues that the lawmaker must go out and kill someone in self-defense if his law is to stand. Hence, the argument that Muhammad needed to marry several women to establish a precedent or marry a young girl to establish puberty as the appropriate age for marriage completely fails.
Finally, the Quranic justification given for Muhammad marrying his adopted son’s divorcee fairs no better. The Quran in Surah 33:37 says that Muhammad was to set a practical example for others that marrying their adopted son’s divorcees is not a sin. All the innocent prophet needed to do was to claim that Allah had made it lawful for adoptive fathers to marry their adopted children’s divorcees but since he did it for his lust you can never blame him.

Narrated ‘Ursa: The Prophet asked Abu Bakr for ‘Aisha’s hand in marriage. Abu Bakr said “But I am your brother.” The Prophet said, “You are my brother in Allah’s religion and His Book, but she (Aisha) is lawful for me to marry.” Abu Bakr and Muhammad had pledged to each other to be brothers. So according to their customs Ayesha was supposed to be like a niece to the Holy Prophet.

As a result, every time Zaynab offered some of this honey to him he would spend a longer time in her apartment. This did not sit well with Aisha and Hafsa bint Umar.
Hafsa and Aisha decided that when the Prophet entered upon either of them, they would say, “I smell in you the bad smell of Maghafir (a bad smelling raisin). Have you eaten Maghafir?” When he entered upon one of us, she said that to him. He replied (to her), “No, but I have drunk honey in the house of Zainab bint Jahsh, and I will never drink it again.”…”But I have drunk honey.” Hisham said: It also meant his saying, “I will not drink anymore, and I have taken an oath, so do not inform anybody of that’. Soon after this event, Muhammad reported that he had received a revelation in which he was told that he could eat anything permitted by God.
Word spread to the small Muslim community that Muhammad’s wives were speaking sharply to him and conspiring against him. Muhammad, saddened and upset, separated from his wives for a month. ‘Umar, Hafsa’s father, scolded his daughter and also spoke to Muhammad of the matter. By the end of this time, his wives were humbled; they agreed to “speak correct and courteous words” and to focus on the afterlife.

இஸ்லாமாபாத்: பாகிஸ்தானில் நடந்த தற்கொலை படை தாக்குதலில் 20 பேர் கொல்லப்பட்டனர். 60 க்கும் மேற்பட்டோர் காயமுற்றனர். கடந்த 3 மாதத்தில் நடந்த 3 வது பெரும் தாக்குதல் இதுவாகும். பாகிஸ்தானில் பெஷாவர் ஹயாத்தாபாத் பகுதியில் பிரபல மசூதிகள் உள்ளன. இங்கு வெள்ளிக்கிழமை தொழுகையில் பங்கேற்ற நேரத்தில் இந்த தாக்குதல் நடந்துள்ளது. பல இடங்களில் பயங்கரவாதிகள் பாதுகாப்பு படையினருடன் கையெறி குண்டுகள் வீசி தாக்குதல் நடத்தினர். இதில் முதலில் 10 பேர் இறந்ததாக கூறப்பட்டது. தொடர்ந்து பலி எண்ணிக்கை 20 ஐ தாண்டியுள்ளது. 60 க்கும் மேற்பட்டோர் காயமுற்றனர். சிலர் உயிருக்கு போராடிய நிலையில் அருகில் உள்ள ஆஸ்பத்திரியில் சேர்க்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர்

you have critic everybody. but swamy filled case perfectly and gurumoorthy aslo. why you guys not at all doing any job? you are writing writing writing why don’t you file a case against them showing all prof in court. if anybody file then again you do ugly job citric the same people.
Savukku has already stated about the Expensive Legal cost and the resources need to file a case
He has filled PIL in Madras High Court. So, don’t think he is simply writing and not doing anything.
